Silica Training
All CTI employees receive instruction that meets OSHA's training standard for respirable crystalline silica. New hires get this within their first week, and all employees receive annual refresher training and certification cards. Important aspects covered are the use of effective engineering controls to abate potential harm, and the correct selection, fitting and use of protective masks.
